Conceptual Artist & Environmental Story Teller
I am an internationally exhibited artist and environmental storyteller, driven by my mission to "create striking visuals that inspire meaningful environmental change."
My work has been exhibited at renowned venues such as Somerset House for Photo London 2024 in "The Great Arch"(May 2024), Fotografiska in Shanghai during Shanghai Climate Week for the "Measurably Closer" group exhibition (April 2024), and the United Nations Headquarters in New York (December 2023). I also exhibited at "ViewFinder"during Photo Swindon (October 2021) and in the Discovery Section at Photo London 2021 (September 2021), where I presented my graduate project, Calamities – Plastic & Fauna, in the "Graduates Salon," supported by The Stanley Foundation.
Michael Benson and Fariba Farshad, Founding Directors of Photo London, reflected on the Discovery Section:
"Those featured in the Discovery Section, they are our future. Visit, take notes, and then watch out for their work at future editions of Photo London."
My practice investigates the pervasive threat of microplastics and their devastating ecological impact, blending photography with sculptural and tangible elements to provoke meaningful reflection and action. My work has also been published in respected international publications, including VOGUE and Wallpaper magazine, further contributing to the conversation around environmental responsibility in art.
A former student at Wellington College, I completed my BA (Hons) Photography at the University of Brighton graduating with First Class Honours (2021). My dissertation, "Haptic Engagement, Materiality and Affect: Analysis of the Efficacy of Sensory Photography in Tim Walker's 'Wonderful Things' Exhibition at the V&A," received a high distinction (82), reflecting my passion for analysing the sensory and emotional dimensions of art.
For the last six months, I have been living in Queensland, Australia, where I have been absorbing the natural beauty of the country and exploring its diverse artistic and environmental landscapes. In the new year of 2025, I will be moving to Sydney and continuing my travels across Australia, seeking fresh inspiration and opportunities to connect with local artists and scientists as I expand my artistic practice.
Most recently, I exhibited with CreateCOP28 , a climate-focused art initiative founded by Amber Testino, which brought together global artists and creatives to highlight the urgency of climate action. I am proud to be part of this movement, advocating for environmental change through visual art.
I am now represented by Earth Partner, the sustainability division of Art Partner, a leading creative talent agency based in London.
